TICKET POLICY

All tickets are non-refundable. Under Austrian consumer regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for leisure and event services tied to a specific date, which means purchased tickets cannot be returned.

However, if you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest at any time.

PHASE 1/2/3 MEANING:

Tickets drop in several limited waves. Each wave gives you the exact same access — the only thing that changes is the price.

The earlier you lock in your spot, the better the rate and the safer your entry.

Once one wave sells out, the next one opens instantly.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF A BAD WEATHER?

We usually have solutions in place to move the event under a covered area if the weather becomes unfavorable.

If, however, the weather conditions make it impossible to hold the event, all guests will be informed with further details.

If the event cannot take place at all, a full refund will be issued.
